Preface:
In order to facilitate friendly exchanges of developing countries and strengthen contacts and communication among participants from “the seminars for officials from developing countries” that are sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China, and to serve the Developing Countries Trade Alliance, the column of “Developing Countries Trade Alliance”(DECTA) has been set up on the website of the Economic Joint Committee of China Commercial Stock Enterprises.
It is a necessary tool that serves trade personnel from developing countries and the seminar participants well to communicate and share experience with each other.
Although most of the participants have their own email address, it is not easy to achieve a wide range of common communication, because it needs himself/herself alone to round up others. In this website there’s no need to worry about all this. As long as you enter this column, you can interact with each other.
